Explore painting in pastels with this international award winning artist! Don will guide you through learning and enhancing your skills in this great medium. Kids from 6 to 12 years old can explore a variety of art materials and techniques with Miss Becky at The Art Store. K & K Studio's Sculpture Class
K&K Studios and the Art Store offers a course on the Principles of Sculpture. Enjoy building a bust of your loved one! Or creating a voluptuous form in plasteline clay with the correct supports. From designing in the round, to the proper equipment and tool techniques to moldmaking, your imagination is your only restriction. All material costs are the responsibility of the student. Keith Kendall's sculpture class is held at 10am-1pm every Saturday. Open enrollment, all skill levels accepted. Start anytime, walk-ins are welcome. Linne Thomas - Watercolor Class
Learn to paint in watercolor with local artist Linne Thomas at The Art Store, 109 S. Granite St., next to the parking garage, in Prescott. One on one instruction! Learn great techniques from this skilled instructor and enjoy the opportunity to paint outdoors during warm weather. This class is usually held on Tuesday mornings from 10:00AM-12:30PM. The Fall session starts September 14th to October 19th, 2010. Each session is 6 weeks long.

These questions and more can be answered in these limited seating workshops of 8 participants on July 11th, August 15th and September 5th from 12:30 to 4:30 pm at the Artstore by the Frame & I. At the end of each session, a DVD will be gifted to you so you may review what was discussed. A $79.00 participant fee is required for each workshop.

Pottery Classes for Everybody with Renato Faustini
Interested in learning the basics and/or advanced ceramic techniques? Wheeling, coiling and handbuilding will be instructed. Are you wondering if an underglaze or an eathernware glaze should be used to achieve that style or that style? Renato will be able to assist you. Classes will be held from 3:30 to 6:30 on Tuesdays and 6:00 to 9:00 PM on Thursdays. Yes! Our first evening class!

An affordable firing service will also be offered to finish your creations! Are you creating on your own? Don't know where to have these pieces fired? Soon you can just take them to the Artstore by the Frame and I in downtown Prescott.
